Sr. Management Team Building

Retained by the CEO of a privately held, mid-sized service industry firm to work with the Senior Management team to develop team cohesiveness for improved effectiveness.  We started with individual assessments and behavioral awareness and progressed through assessing the entire management team as a whole.  The results were data driven action plans for improved team effectiveness.

Sales Professional Selection / Training

Helped client select, on-board and train a new sales professional in a privately held, custom manufacturing business.  Worked with sales person on product and process training, prospecting strategies, estimating and order entry requirements and CRM management.  Sales person is well on his way to being profitable within four months of joining the company.

Fractional Sales Management

Performing fractional sales management duties for a privately held manufacturing company.  The operation is too large for the CEO to manage the 4 person sales team along with his other duties, but not large enough to afford a full-time sales manager.  Working with the sales team to manage daily activities, coach, mentor and train individual reps, prepare presentations, and remove barriers to success.
